The New Year is here.

It's just 18 weeks until the off now, the New Years indulgences are now just a memory. I thank one and all who have made donations so far on the Just Giving website, long may they keep coming in.

It is from here on in that my whole regime is to change - starting tomorrow with the annual Spam Winter Challenge, a 50k ride across Salisbury Plain, with somewhere in the region of 1000 riders, thankfully the snow and ice has gone, however this could lead to a little more mud. I will keep you informed on how I get on, and how much washing I can create!!!
